One note on response time

The whole team is small. We answer thoughtfully rather than quickly. If something is genuinely urgent — your data, a privacy concern, an accessibility issue blocking your use of the app — say so in the subject line and we'll jump it.

We don't have a phone line, a chat widget, or a Slack community. Email is the whole surface. We like it that way.
