HeyFamily is a small team building something we care about slowly. That's a real constraint, not a brand line — we ship every week, but we don't want to grow faster than the product can hold. When we do open roles, it'll be one at a time, listed here, with the actual work described in plain language.
We don't maintain a talent pipeline, run rolling interviews, or keep résumés on file. We'd rather meet you when the role exists than collect notes on you in the meantime.
If you'd love to help
The most useful thing you can do is write us a short note — careers@aureniagroup.com — telling us what you make, what you care about, and what you'd want to work on if you joined us. We keep these. When a role opens that fits, we read them first.
A good note is a few paragraphs. A bad note is a résumé and a cover letter. We don't need either right now — we need to know what kind of work makes you feel like yourself.
What we're likely to hire for first
When we're ready, the first hires will probably be in these areas, in roughly this order:
- A second product engineer — full-stack, comfortable in TypeScript and React Native
- A designer who writes — UI, identity, and copy as one craft
- Someone to own the activity library and the editorial voice that makes it warm
None of these are open yet. If one of them sounds like you, the note still helps.
The boring promises
- Remote-friendly. We work asynchronously by default.
- We pay competitively for our stage. We don't do unpaid trials or “passion discounts”.
- We hire slowly and we treat the process as a conversation, not a gauntlet.
